Laminated flexibles are essential in the product design of Switchgear units. It provides a flexible connection between two make of break contacts. MSS India has achieved some special milestones in terms of flexible manufacturing. With the capacity to produce over 100,000 flexible connection per month, MSS India can cater to peak demands from our customers.

MSS has the ability to weld silver foils for better conductivity, brazed and welded joints for better connections.

• Capacity:  3 mm thick to 30 mm thick
• Material: ETP and OFC copper foils thickness range from 3 micron to 500 micron
• Sizes: Width ranging from 20 mm to 300 mm
• Plating: Silver, Tin up to 50 micron.
• Special plating: Hard silver-plating having minimum 100Hv (micro hardness).
