MSS India has grown it’s machining capacity and capability over the years. With machines from manufactures like “Mazak” and “Citizen” MSS India has capability to turn and mill the parts in single setup which enables highest degree of precision and unmatched output compared to conventional turn-only machines. MSS is widely regarded for it’s precision and capacity to produce complex parts among the Switchgear manufacturers. MSS has capacity to produce parts as small as 50 grams to 30 KGS in copper.

  • Capacity: Can produce highly complex and accurate machined parts on conventional as well as CNC, VMC & Turn mill centers machines.
  • Material: ETP Copper and Copper Alloys ,Aluminum & Brass.
  • Sizes: As per customers specification.
  • Plating: Silver, Tin or any other up to 50 micron.
  • Special plating: Hard silver-plating having minimum 100Hv (micro hardness).
